Enjoy the taste of the desert
first thing in the morning with this wow-colored smoothie. Packed
with vitamins and low in fat, it’s a breakfast shake everyone
can enjoy.

Ingredients:
2 6 oz containers of vanilla fat-free
yogurt or 1/2 pt frozen vanilla yogurt
2 small ripe bananas, peeled
2 Andy Boy Prickly Pears, peeled and quartered
1 1/2 C orange juice
1 cup of ice cubes

Directions:

Using a blender, puree the
banana and prickly pear. |

Add yogurt, juice and ice cubes and blend
until smooth. |
