broccoli dish that’s colorful and sinfully simple to prepare.
This is a great excuse to have an impromptu picnic on the lawn,
served alongside your favorite sandwiches and a refreshing glass
of Andy Boy prickly pear lemonade. |
Ingredients:
2 heads of Andy Boy broccoli, cut in
small florets and cooked
3/4 C refrigerated slaw dressing
1 C package sweetened dried cranberries
1 C toasted pistachios
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

In a medium bowl combine
Andy Boy broccoli, dressing, dried cranberries, pistachios,
salt and pepper. |

Mix well, cover and refrigerate until
ready to serve. |
