A healthy crunch of roasted
sunflower seeds makes everybody happy to eat their vegetables.

Ingredients:
2 large heads of Andy Boy broccoli
with stems peeled, chopped
1/2 C white raisins
1/4 C sunflower seeds dry roasted
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1/3 C mayonnaise
1 t sugar
2 T balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Plump raisins in hot water
for 10-15, then drain. |

Roast sunflower seeds in a dry skillet
on low heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. |

Mix vegetables, raisins and seeds in a
bowl. |

In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise, sugar
and balsamic vinegar together and toss with salad. |
