We are excited to share new placements featuring broccoli rabe in EatingWell magazine and EatingWell online.
The January/February 2016 issue of EatingWell included broccoli rabe in the dedicated cover story and feature surrounding bitter foods titled “The Bitter Pill.” The feature goes on to discuss a variety of bitter foods, including broccoli rabe, and encourages readers to embrace these foods, as they are filled with powerful nutrients and health benefits. The article includes a list of “6 Ways You Can Learn to Love Bitter” giving readers ideas and strategies on how to prepare and cook bitter foods. The feature also shares a few recipe ideas for cooking bitter foods, including a tasty Broccoli Rabe with Olives and Garlic (Broccoli de Rape Stufati) recipe. The article contains a beautiful 2-page image of broccoli rabe bunches on the first page of the dedicated story as well an image of the Broccoli Rabe with Olives and Garlic recipe.
