  • Assist the CFO in all financial matters
  • Assist the CFO in treasury management
  • Assure Company accounting practices, processes, and functions meet company needs
  • Assure and provide for adequate staffing in the department; by number of staff and by level of education/intellect/training
  • Assure controls are in place in all financial and accounting functions within the Company according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Assure the same level of GAAP controls with interaction of any third party accounting related software (Cloud)
  • Assure financial data is presented as true/correct and timely
  • Provide oversight of the management of sub departments: Accounts Payable and Payroll
  • Provide oversight of the annual financial audit; assuring all PBC’s are presented as true/correct and timely (audit and tax provision)
  • Represent the Company with professionalism, both internal and external
