That’s Entertainment! Half-time or good times are the ideal place to serve this refreshing twist on an old hot dip favorite. All hot and bubbly, Andy Boy Cheese Schmear tastes great on slices of baguette or spoon it inside a leaf of Andy Boy Romaine Hearts and roll it up.

Ingredients:

2 heads lightly cooked Andy Boy broccoli, drained and chopped
1 C mayonnaise
2/3 C grated parmesan
1/2 C chopped chives
1/2 C chopped fresh parsley
1 T basil
1 T lemon juice
1/2 t chili powder
1/4 t ground cumin

Directions:

Combine and bake in a greased 1 quart baking dish for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve with an array of crackers or toasted baguette slices
